Once you have had an in-depth nutrition consultation it is important to follow up to take it to the next step -  generally, this is in 4-6 weeks and is booked in during the initial consultation - only book a follow-up once you have had an initial consultation in the last 6 months otherwise please book an initial consultation or save money if you book a course of 6 (redeemable over a year)

During the consultation, you'll get some top tips - after the consultation, you'll be sent a unique plan with suggestions and a recommended time for a follow-up - discounts are available for initials and follow-ups being booked together x 6 over a year.
